A walkthrough is simple: we come to your plant, you show us the floor, and we follow your product the way we would on any job. We are not there to sell you a machine or a long engagement. We are there to find where you are losing the most time and tell you plainly.

What happens on the day

We start at receiving and follow one or two real products all the way to shipping. We watch a changeover if one is running. We count the small stops, note where work piles up, see where people wait, and ask your operators what slows them down, because they already know. It usually takes a couple of hours. You do not need to prepare anything or clean anything up; a normal day is exactly what we want to see.

What you get at the end

Before we leave, we tell you the three places your floor is losing the most time, and what it would take to fix each one. You get that whether or not you ever hire us. You can take the plan and run it with your own team, bring us in to help, or sit on it. There is no charge and no obligation to find out.

Why we do it for free

Because the hardest part of fixing a floor is knowing where to start, and most owners are too close to it to see. A walkthrough gives you a real answer with no risk. If the fixes are a fit for your team, great. If you want help, we are here. Either way you leave knowing where your money is going.
